KB Details LLC, trading as KB's Mobile Detailing ("we", "us"), is an owner-operated mobile detailing business in Edmond, Oklahoma, serving the Oklahoma City metro. This policy covers kbdetailsllc.com and the information you give us when you ask for a quote, book a detail, or message us.

What we collect

What you give us, when you fill in the quote form or call or text us:

• Your name and mobile number.
• The vehicle, the service you are after, and where the vehicle is parked.
• Anything else you write in the message, and the messages we exchange afterwards.

What the site collects while you browse:

• Cookieless, self-hosted analytics — pages viewed, referring site, rough location by country and region, and device type. It does not follow you to other websites, and it does not record your screen or what you type.
• Cookies set by the embedded quote form, which is provided by our customer relationship platform. They keep your place in the form.

How we use it

To quote your vehicle, arrange a time, turn up at the right address, do the work, and follow up about that job. We keep a record of the work so we know the history of a vehicle we have detailed before. That is the whole list.

Text messages and your mobile number

When you give us your mobile number you are agreeing that we may text or call you about your quote and your booking — a price, a question about the vehicle, a confirmation, an arrival time, or a check-in after the job. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help, and you can always call us on (405) 223-2368 instead.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Sharing with the service providers below, strictly so that we can run our own messaging and bookings, is the only exception.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of providers to run the business, and they may process your information only on our instructions:

• Our customer relationship and messaging platform, which stores your enquiry and carries the texts and the quote form.
• Our website host and its content network, which serves these pages.
• Our self-hosted analytics, which runs on our own infrastructure.
• Google Maps, for the embedded map on our contact and area pages.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, apart from anything we are required to keep.

Your choices

• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
• Block cookies in your browser — the site works without them, though the embedded quote form may not remember what you typed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and your enquiry sits in a password-protected account that only Kayden uses. No system is perfect, but we do not keep card numbers or bank details on the website, and we never ask for them by text.

Children

This site and our service are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, call us and we will remove them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and move the date at the top.
